Tips for optimizing your experience and results:

Arrive hydrated (avoid alcohol 24 hours prior to your session and limit caffeine intake)

Complete your intake form online prior to your session.

Allow time for parking and a restroom visit prior to your session. We schedule 30 minutes in between clients to allow therapists and clients time to relax and acheive the best results possible.

If you are seeing us in conjunction with other healthcare providers (PT, Chiro, DO) you may have your records and prescription for massage sent to us via fax so that we can provide congruent care.

Arrive with a mental list of areas or concerns you’d like to address in your session.

Our Promise to You

Each therapist at Action Dynamix is a one-of-a-kind, top-notch professional in their field. Because we strive to provide the “look at it from all angles” approach, Therapists at Action Dynamix are required to have a minimum of two years experience working in a clinical massage (OR a bachelors degree in an adjacent field like exercise physiology) and have specialized interest in Medical/Neuromuscular/Myofascial Bodywork techniques. Policies + Waitlists

Cancellation Policy: At this time, we have an extensive waitlist. If you need to cancel, please be courteous and notify our staff as soon as possible. You can do so through the “manage your appointment” link in your confirmation email, or by reaching us via phone or email. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to your appointment time are subject to a fee of 50% of the session rate. No-shows are billed in full.
